Name: Dralld Joekryn
Drae - This name is usually used whenever one wants to. Most people use it, see. Dralld's sisters, his old school friends, old mates. His mother, however, does not. And anyone that has higher authority than he does usually do not use his nickname. It is a name, however, that he answers to.
Dad - This name is reserved only for his closest female friends. No one else uses it. It means nothing sexual or anything blood-related, it's just another name that he's picked up along the way.
Age: 19
Gender: Male
Height: 6 feet and 2 inches
Weight: 150 lbs
Appearance:
Although his mother was dark and exotic, his father was very light. So, Dralld ended inheriting his father's appearance traits. Both have the same ight skin and blonde hair. The same eyes, though Dralld has a bit more gold in his own. And, the son ended up being more athletic than his father could ever dream of being.
Dralld is extremely athletic. His muscles wasted no time to asserting their places in the places that are going to be most used by a stagehand. However, as he is poor, the muscles in his body are fighting a battle. They are constantly trying to win over his body build - which is, naturally, lean. So, the combination of both ensues. His legs are long, even if he denies that, and are often used for running after a falling beam or balancing high above the Opera stage. His feet are just large enough to fit into his worn shoes and quick enough to side step to as to avoid the hysterical ballerinas that run past him when it's showtime.
His eyes are usually curious and easy, mostly without any hardness. However, they show a knowledge of the world - the better and wealthier parts as well as the poor. Because Dralld is constantly shown the more generous side of society, he often contrasts it to his own little hovel where he lives with his mother and seven sisters. His hair is always cut short, so that it doesn't get in the way. He usually will wear a white, tight shirt on his chest, then black pants hugging his hips. Black or brown, worn shoes go on his feet to complete the picture.
Personality:
There's absolutely no way that Dralld would ever allow anyone to call him "cold". He hates the word itself and would rather freeze to death than to tell someone he's cold. However, the reason for this is not presented immediately by him nor anyone else. His sister often cried out in her sleep when she was still very young that she was "cold, so very cold". So, as the protective brother he was and would be, Dralld constantly took the word from speech in the house so as not to upset his youngest sister.
He plays the part of the older brother very well. After all, having seven sisters and one mother certainly shows you something.
His mouth likes to talk, though. Dralld loves to just stop whatever he's doing for a small chat and a bit of information exchangement. He doesn't mind telling someone all that he knows about a subject, so long as he gets something in return. However, because of his sister, Dralld is extremely hard working. If there's someone calling his name because of something heavy they themselves cannot carry, he's always more than willing to help them and earn a few good marks. His helpfulness extends to those who don't need physical help as well. He likes to listen to other people and has learned to, mainly because his sisters had their own thoughts that they wanted to share with someone. Dralld usually ended up being that "someone".
Wealth Status: Poor
Occupation: Stagehand
Personal Posessions:
Charlotte's Locket - A small, D-shaped locket that hangs on a stained, gold chain. The locket itself is without anything within it and was found in a small store that sells fake gold objects. It was given to him by his youngest sister, Charlotte, and he never takes it off since the day that she presented it to him. She's his favorite sister, though he'd never say that aloud, and he would rather die than let someone else take it away from him. It shows his own protectiveness over his sickly sister.
Pets:
Fruit - A small, green, garden snake. The poor animal was in his own garden and then spotted by Dralld's oldest sister. Immediately being chased after by screams, brooms, and pans, the snake found no shelter in the plain and bare yard. Fortunately for the creature, Dralld came along and rescued him from the sisters' clutches. From that moment on, the snake was forever devoted to the boy. He almost never leaves his side and likes to wrap himself around different limbs. In addition, he particularly likes the warm spot between his master's legs; though that's usually taken care of before it gets too far. Although Dralld may curse at the snake, he still loves it as though it were a dog.

History:
He grew up between two sisters, just underneath the first one. Dralld was the only son, but his parents had no need for an heir anyway. They were barely able to feed themselves and their nine children, so there was no inheritance to speak of. From the very beginning of his childhood, Dralld had always seen his mother as the stable statue that no one could push or pull down. She was the pedestal that everyone managed to scramble upon and lift themselves higher from there. In the household, she was the lead head of the family - though she appeared meek and easy when with company. She loved her children and husband dearly and made sure that her own kids were well mannered and properly trained to be a hard working servant that would make any wealthy man proud.
After all, being a servant was one of those jobs that they could work at without having to spend money that they didn't have.
About a year before Dralld's youngest sister was born, his father fell ill with a sickness. The illness plagued his heart ad his lungs, making it hard for him to breathe or become overexcited. When he did, his heart woudl stop beating and then stay immobile until his brain calmed down a bit more. The sickness kept the body frail and weak and his father was confined to his house. Without being able to work, the children and the mother had to work harder at their jobs than ever. They could not afford a better doctor than the one they were seeing now, who provided them with no help. Each of the sibling did their best to earn the money they needed.
They couldn't make it in time. Dralld's father would never see his last child born.
Charlotte was born and, when Dralld first saw her, was considered the most gorgeous of all of them. She was so tiny and cute that he felt the first pangs of brotherhood. Before, he'd always been the brother that pulled pranks on his sisters. But after he saw his Charlotte, he was forever the brother you ran to in times of need. He became a listener rather than a talker and began to look out for his sisters more. Especially the little Charlotte. He'd comfort her with nightmares, showed her how to ride a bicycle, and how to make a slingshot. There really wasn't anything that he wouldn't do for her.
However, when Charlotte fell ill with the same disease their father had, Dralld knew one thing for sure. His father's disease was hereditary. And, because he'd only caught it just before he'd had that one night with his wife that would later produce the last daughter, Charlotte was the only sibling affected. Feeling almost guilty, each of the other siblings worked harder than ever to try to afford a much better doctor. Dralld, himself, worked even harder than the others because he could find better jobs. After all, boys were given more opportunity to prove themselves than girls were. So, he took up the job of a stagehand and worked just as hard - if not harder - than the other, wealthier stagehands.
He was not going to allow his sister to die before he could raise enough money for her to see a doctor.
Participate in the story of the Phantom? Yes, please!
I thought that since he was a stagehand, he would know the in-and-outs of the place like the Phantom. Dralld could play the brotherly card and then help Christina hide sometimes . . .
