Name: Elisabette de Trienne Age: 21 Gender: Female
Height: 5''7 Weight: 120 Ibs Appearance: Elisabette is an attractive woman. She is 5''7, rather tall, but not extravagantly so. She finds this good, for she considers it very important to be shorter than the average man. This is probably because of her grandparents' influence-they had always told her how she should and how she should not look. It is also their 'fault' she had grown into a woman caring a lot about her looks. She would never, for example, appear in front of anybody not properly groomed, just as she would never wake up in the morning and do anything before having a shower and taking care of her appearance. Sometimes, she is known for caring too much, which makes her appear curt(when she, for example, refuses to move around a room not to mess up her hair).
All this care is labeled as unnecessary by most, for Elisabette possesses natural beauty. Her face is oval, and her head is rather petite, contradicting the long, thick veil of her straight, black hair. Her pale face also contrasts said hair, and her full, rosebud lips. Elisabette''s eyes are of a pure flint black color, and when she experiences strong emotion, they glint with fierce passion. They are almond shaped. Her cheekbones are high, which adds to the elegance of her face. Lipstick is not necessary(even she herself can see that), because her alabaster skin emphasizes her lips without it. Elisabette is known for a characteristic look-she raises one of her thin eyebrows, while the other rests. That look is used by her for making people feel less worthy.
When your eyes trail further down, you are bound to spot her elegant neck. Longish and slim, it looks very fine on her indeed. It consists another one of her characteristic traits-when she is angry, a vein can be noticed pumping on her neck visibly. That is one way of discerning her emotion when she tries to hide it. Elisabette adores her neck, finding it one of her best assets. Usually, you can see a necklace around it-a necklace with a ruby matching the color of her lips or a sapphire matching the color of her eyes. Morgana always wears some sort of jewelery-rings, earring, necklaces, hair decoration...As long as it is shiny, she likes it.
Elisabette's curvacious body is something she is extremely proud of. Her waist is thin, but her bosom is very generous and her hips are wide. All of it is covered in alabaster skin, smooth and without blemish.Elisabette's dress color choices are similar to her jewelery ones-ruby red or emerald green. Of course, they are not the only ones she wears. Her clothing is always feminine. Mostly, it shows amounts of her decolletage. Within those outfits, she moves with perfect elegance and grace, thanks to her long, slim legs. She is an able dancer, and can dance to all dances from waltz to tango. Dancing gives her special charm and appeal. She also uses it as a seduction weapon.
Personality: Elisabette is an overall a friendly person. However, anyone who truly knows her could testify this information not to be completely true. Oh yes, she does try to be nice to everybody, but Elisabette is that kind of person that would do anything to reach her ends, that would not refrain from lying, stealing, cheating nor killing. In her eyes, there are few important people-she herself and the ones she loves. The others are all disposable if needed. Not that she is a cold blooded murderess. Not without a reason. When the reason is there, she is ready to become anything, literally. Especially when it comes to the ones she cares for.
She is a very persuasive person. Persuasive has three meaning in her case. One is persuasive in a nice way, using acting, friendly smiles and friendship. The hardest way. The easiest way is through seduction. Although it is for use with men only, it is the easiest way, for all important persons are men. The third, and the second easiest one is the threatening way. It involves guns, poison and such. Elisabette has practiced them all, and rarely would they turn out ineffective.
Elisabette has got a fierce temper. If you mendle with her, she will try to be silent and bear it firstly. As you progress, she becomes more and more angry, until she does something that can make you regret ever talking with her in the first place. Along with her temper comes her vindictiveness. If you hurt her in any way, you pay. That is her policy-never to let anyone get away with hurting her or her loved ones. When she loves, she does so deeply and truly, with all of her heart. A very emotional person, she shows her feelings quite openly and is never ashamed of them. Just the opposite-she follows them. Morgana is good at lying to herself-a problem she struggles with for years. She can convince herself to believe anything she wants to.
Wealth Status: wealthy Occupation: Duchess Personal Posessions: She has got dresses, jewelery, shoes, books...A lot of things, since she is a duchess. Pets: Horses, dogs and a cat. Her favorite horse is Melanie, while her cat is Cathy.
Family:
Mother Clementine Reideux-decesed
Father (Baron)Dominic DuChamt-deceased Older Brother Christophe DuChamt History: Elisabette DuChamt was born to Baron Dominic DuChamt and Clemetine Reideux. Dominic had always been a rather cold, ruthless man. His title came to him by birth, which made him feel himself as superior to other people. He truly believed his blood was blue. Naturally, he would not have even considered marrying anyone below his status. Alas, his heart had betrayed him. Clemetine Reideux was far from a noblewoman-she was the eldest daughter of one of his family's servants. Once, he had been out riding and he'd been caught in a storm. His horse had died, and he surely wouldn't have survived if it had not been for Clementine. Her family had a small house on the barony-she led him in and took care of him. Since then, he had been in love with her.
Obstacles between them were many, but none of them were as grave and as hard to bypass as the ones within Dominic. He'd vowed to marry a woman of high status. Plus he was very much aware of what shame and scandal it would bring to his family. Clementine was aware of Dominic's views and his thoughts. It made her feel angry, yet she could not hate him. Still, she was not about to let his prejudices stand between them. A child, she was sure, would make him marry her. Not that she cared for the wealth and the title-what she truly wished was for them to escape together, away from his family and everything. So she decided to do all in her power to become with child. In the end, she succeeded.
Dominic didn't know what to think then. Especially because his engagement with the Lady Deveraux was nearly official. In spite of his hopes for the love for Clementine to dissapear, go away, it didn't happen. With each day he cared for her more and more. Honor was also here-he could not leave a pregnant woman all by herself. So the marriage had happened. Just as the scandal. Dominic had been right-his family objected fiercely. They insisted they would get rid of Clementine, kill her, send her to exile, so he could marry lady Deveraux. He refused cleanly, so they disowned him. Clementine became Mrs DuChamt...but not the Baroness DuChamt.
It is needless to even say that this was what ruined Dominic. The haughty young nobleman could not stand being treated as a common peasant. Just as he utterly despised living in the small cottage he'd purchased with Clementine. When their son, Cristophe, came, his troubles increased, because he would not work. It was below him to step into the workplace with common citizens. When their son was three months, he turned to drinking. It didn't take a long time for him to start beating up his wife, and, when he grew, his son. He'd even often rape Clementine, who loved him too much to protest and do anything.
Elisabette was born into that household-full of sadness, strife, violence and disorder. Her brother was five years old then, and already a very serious and a mature child-more mature than he should have been. Actually, Elisabette was not born into the very same household. On the night of her birth, Dominic had gotten drunk again, and beat up Clementine. Beat her up nearly to death. She went into labour, and the moment Elisabette left her womb, the young woman died. Dominic saw what he had done, and he went mad with grief and remorse. He couldn't leave without his Clementine, his darling Clementine. So the very same night, he took his gun and comitted suicide.
Joseph and Estelle DuChamt were called upon their son's death. When they entered, and saw their only child lying on the floor, dead, remorse overwhelmed them. The least they could do was give him and Clementine a decent burial, and take in Cristophe and the newborn girl, whom they named Elisabette. They took them to their castle, where they tried to raise them accordingly. They succeeded, for the children both turned out fine. Elisabette became a real lady, who charmed the Paris society, while Cristophe turned into a very handsome and gallant young man. Emotional scars remained with him, though-he'd seen his father kill himself, and he'd been through plenty of horrors before it.
Elisabette was 16 when she caught the eye of the Duc de Trienne. He was four years her senior, and he was handsome. Plus a true gentleman. Estelle approved of their relationship very much-so before Elisabette knew it, she was getting married to Philippe de Trienne. She did not know what to think, for she did not really love him. Yet there was something she felt for him. By her seventeenth, she became the Duchess de Trienne. Her marriage was very good indeed-she got along well with Philippe, and she enjoyed the lifestyle in the high society. Her husband got along very well with the king, so they got invited to various balls and parties in the Royal Palace.
She was nineteen when her happiness was ruined. An assassination attempt was made on her husband. And it had suceeded. Philippe de Trienne was shot by an unknown man who was later guillotined. Nobody knew why, nobody knew who had sent him. Probably a political enemy of the Duc. Elisabette was desperate. The entire Paris mourned de Trienne, since he had been a very well known member of the society. It took Elisabette a lot to get over him, but after his death she realized one thing-she had never been in love with him. Yes, she had loved him...but that was not being in love.
Now, two years later, she is still a widow, and she still has not found another man to love. She lives in her husband's castle all alone. She is still invited to numerous balls, and she attends them all gracefully and with style. She is very often visited by her brother, who had married the daughter of a Viscomte and lives at the DuChamt family castle with her. Elisabette hopes to find love soon.

Sample Post: As Dorian and Emma greeted Jeremy, Madeline allowed her eyes to casually(but carefully) trail over the others. Next to Gwyneth stood an elderly woman the Southern Belle had not taken notice of before; actually, she had not even seen her. Well, not that she really spiked her curiosity. Due to her age, she certainly represented no competition, and, to Madeline, she looked like nothing more but a poor maid. Plus she appeared plain. Why, she thought, if any man who could have me was to look at her, he'd be pronounced officially crazy! Well...in Madeline's eyes, any man who ever looked at any other woman but her when she was around was officially crazy. Next came Gwyneth. Madeline remembered her from the ball, but she had not ever talked with her. She wasn't really interested to do so now, for Gwyneth she saw as competition. The only thing she wanted to do with her was to push her into the pond. Really.
After finishing eying them, she moved over to the Claybornes. Emma-the woman whose hand Jeremy had kissed earlier-seemed incredibly shy and without a trace of self-confidence. Of course, Madeline was satisfied when, after noticing her angry look, she moved her hand away in fright. Still, she thought of it as weird. If another woman would look at her with anger...why, Madeline would deliberately continue doing what she was doing! Another trait of hers-she was a very spiteful person. Dorian Clayborne-from vicinity, he appeared more handsome than from further away. He also appeared very relieved to be moved away from Gwyneth and the maid. This irked Madeline's curiosity-why? Of course, she was here...But that could only cause him joy, not relief...Unless he really hated Gwyneth. Or he was just repulsed by the fat maid.
It was then that Dorian took her hand and planted a gentle kiss on it. Madeline smiled a polite grin, and her eyes glittered a bit; just because she would not allow Jeremy flirt with other women didn't mean she couldn't allow herself a tad of flirtation with another man. Actually, this was no flirting! She was merely being polite! And Jeremy would not mind-he was quite a Don Juan himself. If he thought she didn't know of his little affair with Dinone Setter, he was very wrong! But that was, of course, only because she had refused to go to the ball with him. Otherwise, she reassured herself, it would not have happened. Naturally. She made interest appear in her eyes as Dorian spoke; "A great pleasure, Miss Smith. Tell me, have I not seen you before? You are familiar to me for some reason."
Her eyebrows raised slightly. Of course, that was just to make it look as if she was thinking. She knew where he'd seen her! At the ball...or in the Gazzette. Now she had to think of an apt way to let him know about that. Madeline was not ashamed of the tango-on the contrary, she was very proud of it and very glad it had happened. Still, she knew it would not be very tactful to merely blurt out: "Oh, yes, I danced the tango at the ball a couple of weeks ago..." Definitely not. On the other hand, a more subtle variety could actually work. Batting her long eyelashes, Madeline replied swiftly; "The ball, perhaps?" Then she added, "If you have been there..." She didn't really recall seeing him. But she had been so preoccupied with Mikhail she had not paid much attention to others. Except for Mallister. Late Mallister. What a shame. She only wished she had danced just one dance with him before he was killed.
When introduced to Gwyneth and her maid, Madeline merely nodded with a half-smile. Then her attention shifted back to Dorian Clayborne, who spoke again; "Join us for a walk?" His sister seemed to agree with him on that subject as well. Madeline wanted to join them for a walk, because evidently they were going to discuss the ball; the tango and maybe the murder. Surely the murder. Both topics were extremely interesting to her. But Jeremy had to agree too. Looking at him with the corner of her emerald eyes, she gave him a sort of a pleading look. But it was not entirely pleading. It was the sort of a pleading look which was just a mask-behind it, there was clearly commanding. Jeremy noticed that, and smirked at her, slowly nodding his head; "Of course."
Even though a tad angry because of his playing of dilemma, Madeline couldn't help but admit it was what she liked at him. There were too many men running around this world that would simply bow to her every wish acting more like servants than like free man. Jeremy was not one of them. And Madeline appreciated that. In her eyes, a real man needed to be independent and strong, but he also needed to respect a lady. And to know how to respect her. As they went along, walking, she decided to intiate the murder topic. The tango had already been mentioned in a way. Putting on her best 'tragic face' expression, as she called it(she had plenty of names for expression she usually acted out), she voiced; "Speaking of the ball...what a terrible tragedy, that murder that had occured!"
It slipped her mind that the others might have come here with the desire to talk about something else. Not that it would have ever mattered to her. What mattered was that she wanted to talk about the ball, the tango and the murder. And she was going to do so. Oh, she was pretty sure the men would not mind it; for Jeremy she could say 100%, for Dorian...about 80%. What man would dare risk her disliking him by opposing her? None. Well, Jeremy would oppose her, but in a mocking way. In the end, he would give in. As anyone would. For Emma, Gwyneth and the maid she, frankly, didn't give a damn.
